Implementation of ERPSPACE for document workflow and data integration of the financial module with the 'enova365' financial and accounting system

The cooperation with ASM began with an analysis of the company's needs and the requirements for the new system. It was decided that the enova365 software perfectly met the company's expectations, both in terms of its ability to process large amounts of data and its potential for integration with the ERPSPACE system.

The ERPSPACE and enova365 systems communicate regarding:

• The company's chart of accounts;

• Project budgets;

• Financial documents;

• Analytical descriptions of financial documents;

• HR settlements.

The system implementation involved a comprehensive change in the company's work organization – processes related to financial data processing, document management, and human resources (HR) management. Primarily, using the Finance module, ASM could easily and effectively manage its chart of accounts, project budgets, and conduct detailed analytics of financial documents. Additionally, the implemented document workflow module (DMS) allowed for organizing and streamlining processes related to document circulation within the company. This approach gave employees faster access to specific documents and simplified their management.

Similar benefits came from the HR module, which handled all aspects of human resources management at ASM – from maintaining employee records and managing HR matters to settlements. In turn, the CRM module provided tools that facilitated customer relationship management, enabling the company to ensure an even higher level of service.

As part of the implementation at ASM, the following modules were launched:

• DMS (document workflow);

• Finance;

• HR;

• CRM;

• Projects.

In summary, the implementation of the ERPSPACE system at ASM brought many benefits – from increased work efficiency and streamlined business processes to improved customer service quality.
