Automation of the order settlement process

The Challenge

The key challenge was to optimize the information flow between paper documents and the InterLAN SPEED TMS system, and to accelerate the "Order-to-Cash" (O2C) cycle.

The Solution

To automate and streamline key operational processes, Linktis implemented the ERPSPACE NO-CODE AGENTIC AI platform. The implementation covered the company's strategic operational areas:

• Intelligent Document Processing (OCR + AI): Automatic document retrieval from scanners was launched. The AGENTIC AI performs OCR and then independently recognizes the document type (e.g., invoice, CMR) and precisely extracts the required data.

• Full Integration with InterLAN SPEED: Deep, bi-directional data synchronization was ensured. ERPSPACE AGENTIC AI analyzes and supplements data within the TMS (InterLAN SPEED) in the Orders, Cost Invoices, and Revenue Invoices modules.

• "Order-to-Cash" Automation: Business logic was configured allowing the system to automatically generate a revenue invoice as soon as an order is ready for settlement (e.g., upon receipt of the CMR document). The system then automatically sends the complete set of documents (Invoice + CMR) to the client, drastically reducing the time to payment.

Results

The implementation of ERPSPACE NO-CODE AGENTIC AI resulted in a measurable improvement in Linktis's operational and financial efficiency.
