The aim of the project was to build a platform enabling the simulation of operational and management activities in the enterprise.
Thanks to the use of turn-based and random gameplay, users had the opportunity to make decisions in random events, which allowed them to verify their skills and management strategies.
The project also focused on the mechanisms of recruiting employees and signing contracts with them. The platform also enabled the preparation of offers for customers and the implementation of marketing and sales activities. Concluding contracts with customers and implementing contracts for them was also part of the project’s functionality.
One of the key aspects of this project was also settlement with employees in accordance with legal requirements and making transfers. The platform also enabled monitoring payments, concluding deposits and loans, as well as generating a balance sheet and a profit and loss account, which ensured comprehensive management of the company’s finances.

An important element of the project was scoring the game in accordance with the guidelines of the Didactics. Thanks to this, users had the opportunity to assess their skills and progress in business management.
